Winchester Plaza is a 170,000 square foot redevelopment of an existing 130,000 square foot shopping center that was built by David Hocker & Associates over 40 years ago. The new Winchester Plaza will be physically transformed into a progressive retail platform that will have a large and contemporary fashion component complemented with food and entertainment elements and a proposed hotel that will create the, “Sense of Place” in a trade area of over 250,000 people.
