The Mall at Turtle Creek is an 800,000 square foot super-regional mall located in Jonesboro, Arkansas and is anchored by J. C. Penney Company, Target, Dillard’s, Barnes & Noble, Bed, Bath &Beyond, Circuit City and Steve & Barry’s and features some 70 specialty retailers including Coldwater Creek, Ann Taylor Loft, Chico, J. Jill, Jos. A Bank and Hollister. The Mall at Turtle Creek opened in 2006 and is the product of a joint venture with Martin Belz of Memphis, Tennessee and Bruce Burrow of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
