Market Center features Circuit City, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, O’Charley’s, Rue21, Cici’s Pizza and Lifeway Christian Center and is the product of a joint venture with R. F. Coffin Enterprises, Inc. of Cleveland Ohio.
