• In 1989, David Hocker & Associates, Inc. developed and opened the premier 23-story LG&E office tower, 280,000 square feet, in downtown Louisville, KY.

The vision started in 1964 with ground breaking of Wesleyan Park Plaza in Owensboro, KY. Since then, David Hocker & Associates, Inc. has evolved into a fully integrated retail real estate development and management company.
