David

David E Hocker

Chairman & CEO

David has developed more than 40 shopping centers containing over 14 million square feet during his 40 plus years of work in the industry. David opened his first shopping center in 1964 and has completed retail developments in 13 states.

Hard work and an uncompromising dedication to honest values and quality are David's hallmark in both his community and the shopping center industry. David was elected and served as Chairman of the ICSC during 1989-1990 and continues to serve as a Trustee. David holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager designation from the ICSC.

David served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Kentucky Wesleyan College, his alma mater, for several years and remains a Trustee. He is a lifelong resident of Owensboro, Kentucky and he has three children and seven wonderful grandchildren.

Talmage

President & COO

Talmage has served as President and COO of David Hocker & Associates, Inc. since 1990. During his tenure, Talmage has concentrated his focus on acquisitions, leasing and day-to-day management of the company.

Talmage has enjoyed working with his father, David Hocker, during his career and together have formed a dynamic and energetic company which is directed toward quality shopping center development and maintaining and developing working relationships with the national financial, brokerage and retailer communities. This dedication to quality and integrity is amply demonstrated through the company's many relationships with it's customers, partners and employees.

Talmage is a natural at initiating and maintaining these relationships and values the many friends and associates that he has developed in the industry since he began in 1984.

Talmage has served as the International Council of Shopping Centers State Director and on many boards in his community including the YMCA and Red Cross. He is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College and has a BA in Business Administration.

Talmage is a devoted family man and he and his wife, Rosemary, have two children, Brittney and D. Talmage, Jr.

Scott

Scott D Hornaday

Advisor

A an attorney and advisor to the the company in various capacities for more than twenty years, Scott is involved in the company's development, financial and legal pursuits on a day-to-day basis and directly oversees the management of the company's portfolio.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and both the Kentucky and Daviess County Bar Associations. Scott holds a BA in economics and psychology from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Law.

Scott enjoys golf, travel, family and the many professional relationships that he has developed over the years.

Philip

Philip L Purdom

Director of Leasing

Philip has been on board at David Hocker & Associates, Inc. since 1987 and is responsible for developing and maintaining tenant relationships for all DHA properties.

He is very involved in the industry, and has served as International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Governmental Affairs Chairman (1988-1990) and is an ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist.

Philip received BA degrees from the University of Kentucky in History and Political Science. He is also a licensed real estate associate.

Jeffrey

Jeffrey A Mainka

Director of Acquisitions
Jeffrey joined David Hocker & Associates, Inc. as Director of Acquisitions in May 2007. Jeffrey brings to David Hocker & Associates, Inc. 17 years of real estate, private equity, investment banking, and corporate development experience.

Prior to joining DHA, Inc. Jeffrey spent five years overseeing corporate and new business development for Churchill Downs Inc. Before joining Churchill Downs in 2001, Mr. Mainka worked for Bear Stearns and Prudential Securities in New York specializing in domestic and international merger, acquisition, and divestiture assignments, capital market opportunities, joint ventures, and management buyouts for a number of shopping center, office, industrial, hotel and healthcare REIT and real estate operating companies.

Jeffrey received his BBA in Finance and Marketing, his MBA in Finance, and MS in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin.

Jeffrey and his wife, Dana, have two children, Andrew and Sophie and reside in Louisville, KY.

David W. Conkright

Controller

David joined David Hocker & Associates, Inc. as Controller in August 2007. He brings over 30 years of Finance and Accounting experience to the team.

Prior to joining DHA, Inc., David worked in both in manufacturing and retail environments in various financial capacities.

He is a graduate from Western Kentucky University with a BS degree in Accounting. He has been involved in various community boards and activities. David is married with two children.

Dette Wilson

Administrator

Dette has been a part of our team since 1989. She works with benefits and payroll, as well as a host of other administrative and operational areas. Dette holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Brescia University.

Kim Hays

Accounting Administrator

Kim has been with David Hocker & Associates, Inc. for five years in our Owensboro, KY office. She is in charge of all accounts payable as well as billing for all developments and centers.

Shelley Allen

Executive Assistant

Shelley joined David Hocker & Associates, Inc. in September of 2006 in our Louisville, KY office as the Executive Assistant to D. Talmage Hocker, President and COO. Prior to joining DHA, Inc. Shelley worked for a retail leasing comany and was an Annuity Marketing Manager with JJB Hilliard, WL Lyons, Inc. for eleven years.

Shelly Westendorf

Executive Assistant

Shelly has been with David Hocker & Associates, Inc. since 2004. She is the Executive Assistant to David E. Hocker, CEO and Chairman. Shelly also provides support for the Director of Leasing, Philip Purdom and our Advisor, Scott Hornaday.
